SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

For STANDARD orders placed Monday through Thursday your order will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. RUSH Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 pm EST will ship that day. No shipping happens on Saturday or Sunday.

Where is my tracking number?

When your order ships, you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking number and information concerning your package. Please call USPS with your tracking number for detailed questions concerning the status of your package while it is in shipment. If you did not receive an e-mail from USPS, email us with your invoice number and we will re-send it.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. If we use a different shipping method than USPS, we guarantee the same shipping transit time that you specified
